Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026 These terms cover your use of Direton. By browsing the directory or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service. 1. Accounts You need an account to list a business, claim an existing listing, or run a presence audit. Keep your password to yourself: anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, submits false information, or claims a business it does not represent. 2. Listings You may only list or claim a business you own or are authorized to represent. When you claim a listing, we ask you to prove that connection, through an email address on the business domain, a code sent to the phone number on file, or a manual review. What you publish stays yours. By publishing it here you allow us to display it in the directory, in search results, and in the parts of the site that surface businesses to visitors. Do not publish anything false, misleading, offensive, or that you do not have the right to use. That includes photos and logos. New listings are reviewed before going live, and we can remove or edit anything that breaks these rules. 3. Paid plans Plan prices and what they include are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew for the period you chose unless you cancel before the renewal date. The presence audit is sold separately from directory listings. Reports are generated with data from third parties, including Google and several AI assistants, and are limited by what those sources make available at the time we ask. A report is a snapshot, not a guarantee of results. 4. Refunds If a report fails to generate or a plan does not deliver what its description says, write to us and we will make it right. We do not refund reports that generated correctly because you disagreed with the findings. 5. What we do not promise The directory is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or that a listing will rank anywhere in particular on Google or anywhere else. Listings describe businesses we do not control. We do not endorse them, we do not verify every claim they make, and any dealing you have with a listed business is between you and them. 6. Liability To the extent the law allows, Direton and Ponemus are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. 7. Changes We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site. Continuing to use Direton after that means you accept the new version. 8.
